Submission Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 24, 2026

By submitting your written or audio testimony, story, recording, or associated materials (collectively, the "Submission") to The Christian Witness Podcast (the "Podcast", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms:

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author and owner of the Submission.
• The Submission is true, accurate, and reflects your personal experience.
• The Submission does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party.

By uploading or submitting your content, you grant The Christian Witness Podcast a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, excerpt, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and broadcast your Submission—in whole or in part—in any media, format, or channel now known or created in the future.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Audio Publishing: Broadcasting on The Christian Witness Podcast, website streaming, downloadable audio files, and all third-party podcast directories (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify).
• Video Production: Combining your audio or written testimony with stock footage, graphics, text overlays, or custom video for distribution on YouTube, social media platforms, or video channels.
• Marketing & Promotion: Using excerpts, audio clips, quotes, or graphics derived from your Submission for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes across web, print, and digital media.

We reserve full editorial control. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We are under no obligation to review, select, host, broadcast, or publish your Submission.
• We reserve total discretion to edit, trim, re-order, clean up, combine, or modify the audio, text, or visual elements of your Submission for clarity, quality, length, or context without your prior review or approval.

• No Monetary Compensation: You submit your testimony voluntarily and agree that you will not receive any financial payment, royalties, or monetary compensation of any kind for your Submission or its use.
• Waiver of Approval: You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished audio, video, website page, or marketing materials created using your Submission.
• Waiver of Claims: You release and hold harmless The Christian Witness Podcast, its operators, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the editing, publication, or distribution of your Submission including but not limited to any and all claims for copyright, trademark, privacy, or use of name, image or likeness.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full legal authority to agree to these terms. If submitting on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are the minor's parent or legal guardian.
